Terms of Service.

1.1. This document sets out the basic terms governing the legal relationship between the service provider (Amarhan.mn) and the service recipient (the client).

1.2. The provisions of these terms form a supplementary and integral part of the formal contract concluded with the client.

2.1. Amarhan.mn provides services including business process research, web and mobile development (including internal systems development), AI automation and consulting.

2.2. Each engagement is carried out under a dedicated Statement of Work and Contract, and the parties mutually agree on the timeline for delivery and acceptance of the results.

3.1. Client obligations:

• Provide the business data and materials required for system development and automation accurately and on time.
• Pay the service fees in full according to the schedule set out in the contract.

3.2. Contractor (Amarhan.mn) obligations:

• Implement and hand over the system to a high standard of quality within the timeline set out in the contract.
• Train staff on how to use the implemented system and provide the necessary technical support.

4.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the contract, the ready-made libraries, underlying technology and AI algorithms developed by Amarhan.mn remain the intellectual property of the contractor.

4.2. Ownership of the source code and databases developed specifically for the client is transferred to the client once payment has been made in full.

5.1. Both parties undertake not to disclose to third parties any confidential business or technical information of the other party obtained in the course of the cooperation.

5.2. This obligation remains in force even after the cooperation agreement has terminated.

6.1. Amarhan.mn is not liable for damages resulting from malfunctions or outages of third-party infrastructure (such as AWS, Google, Facebook and domestic banking systems).

6.2. The contractor bears no liability for damages to the system caused by wrongful actions on the client’s side (such as losing access credentials or deleting data).

7.1. Amarhan.mn reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. Changes take effect upon publication on the website, and users who continue to use the services are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
